Following two highly successful editions, the 3rd Annual Housing and Sustainable Urban Development MENA Forum is now firmly established as the region’s biggest annual gathering for the housing and urban development sector.

With governments, developers and investors across the MENA region accelerating the delivery of major residential, mixed-use and sustainable developments, the sector is entering a new phase of growth. Across the GCC, residential supply is projected to increase from approximately 6.26 million units in 2025 to 7.28 million units by 2030, with Saudi Arabia and the UAE accounting for the majority of these expansions. The UAE is projected to add approximately 390,000 residential units, supported by Dubai’s mixed-use developments and Abu Dhabi’s premium residential communities, while Saudi Arabia is expected to add around 499,000 residential units, driven by giga projects and master-planned communities.

Against this backdrop, the third edition of the forum will explore the policies, projects, technologies, and partnerships critical for shaping the future of housing and sustainable urban development across the MENA region. The forum will convene key stakeholders integral to achieving this vision including government and housing authorities, master developers, urban planners, EPC contractors, investors, and other players from the region to address challenges and tap into the growing opportunities the sector presents.
