The 3rd International Trenchless Tunnelling Exhibition & Conference (ITTEC) is convened following the successful first edition held in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where trenchless and underground construction technologies were recognized as essential enablers of the Kingdom’s rapidly expanding infrastructure and urban development programs. In Saudi Arabia, trenchless solutions play a critical role in delivering utilities, transport corridors, and municipal services within dense urban environments, heritage areas, and mega-project zones while minimizing disruption, protecting existing assets, and accelerating project delivery in line with Vision 2030.

Building on the strong engagement, technical exchange, and outcomes achieved in KSA, this edition of ITTEC continues the regional dialogue by bringing together key stakeholders to advance resilient, efficient, and sustainable underground infrastructure solutions for future-ready cities.
