Dubai’s government services hit 99.5% digitization rate in 2023. Saudi Arabia’s digital transformation has skyrocketed in recent years, with the Kingdom digitalizing more than 6,000 government services, representing 97% of total government services in 2022. (The National Transformation Program (NTP) report).
